Questions I get asked about Fenton Yard Flowers

Do you have a shop?
No, I have a studio at the bottom of my garden and I deliver locally.

Where do you deliver and how much do you charge?
I deliver to Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, The Hamptons and Kingston. I offer free delivery and deliver all my flowers in an electric car.

Do you sell plants and vases?
I don’t sell plants. I do sell bouquets in vases and if you have a favourite vase I am very happy to fill it with flowers for you.

Can I choose my own flowers?
To ensure I don’t have any wastage, I offer florist choice bouquets every week. I don’t use lilies (the pollen is poisonous for cats) and have a natural style.

What is the notice period if I wanted to cancel my subscription?
There is not a notice period, you can pause or cancel anytime. If you are away over a delivery day, you can ask me to deliver your bouquet to a loved one instead or pause the delivery completely.

Where do you get your flowers?
I collect my flowers from @flowervisionlondon every Thursday morning. Where possible I get tulips from british growers @smithandmunson. I make all my bouquets on Thursday and therefore offer delivery Thursday - Saturday every week with market fresh flowers.
